This is nostalgic fanart of Razor; mechanical jackass of Swat Kats, an early 90's cartoon that I loved and ate alive as a child. I really liked this guy, he was the arsenal inventor, technical expert, sharpshooter and part of a two man team of vigilantes to save their city from villians and their incompetent, dipshit police force.

Man, me too, I was so into it as a kid, religiously like you were. I would record all of the episodes and watch them and rewatch them and pause the screen to draw what I saw the characters from observation and they were just the coolest shit ever.
